After careful review of several proposals, we will select an administrator of the “Saulės sonata” complex and contract him for the household management services. Owners of the apartments will join the household management contract after signing a joint activities agreement, which will be prepared and presented to an apartment buyer together with a sale-purchase agreement.
Your comfort in “Saulės sonata” will be ensured by the state-of-the-art technologies. You will be able to control air conditioning and heating systems via SMS. Thus you will have a possibility to minimize the energy expenses and control the temperature in your apartment without having to be there.
